The Engagement Team plays a vital role in promoting and growing the Cosmic Visionaires community. Working closely under the guidance of the Community Director, members of this team are responsible for creating and managing promotional campaigns, maintaining our brand's consistency, and driving community outreach efforts. If you're passionate about branding, social media, and community engagement, this volunteer position provides a fantastic opportunity to build valuable experience in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Community Director to develop and implement community outreach and engagement strategies.

  • Manage the community’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

  • Create, schedule, and monitor promotional campaigns to increase community visibility.

  • Assist with branding initiatives, including content creation, design, and messaging.

  • Track and report on engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.

  • Act as a liaison between the community and leadership, gathering feedback and suggestions to promote member participation.

Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's message in a consistent and engaging way.

  • Experience: Familiarity with social media management, community outreach, and basic content creation tools. Previous experience with branding, marketing, or engagement roles is a plus.

  • Time Commitment: Flexible but must be available to participate in regular check-ins and updates, especially when working on specific promotional campaigns.

  • Creative Mindset: Ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, engagement activities, and branding strategies.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience managing social media accounts or executing branding strategies.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or other content creation and social media management platforms.

  • Previous experience in community outreach or public relations.

  • Basic design skills for content creation (e.g., banners, posts, promotional material).
